Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Ógras

Camp fees and arrangements are generally based on the minimum number of participants in order to be able to run a camp. Ógras reserves the right to cancel any camp should participant numbers not reach the minimum of 15.  In this event all registered participants will be informed at least five working days prior to the start date and all paid fees will be refunded.

Cancellation by Participants

Where a booking has been received and confirmed following payment, the following criteria will apply to ensure that any costs borne by Ógras are covered.

• Cancellation more than 28 days before camp date: Full Refund less €5 administration fee.
• Cancellation between 14-28 days before camp date: 50% Refund less €5 administration fee
• Cancellation less than 14 days before camp date: No Refund
